Welcome to VisionDock AI Studio (accessible at https://ocr.ntstudio.online and https://visiondock.ntstudio.online). By accessing our web workspace, creating an account, or calling our REST APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Scope of Services
VisionDock AI Studio provides a unified cloud-edge creative and document intelligence suite, including:
- 2D-to-3D Mesh Reconstruction (.GLB): Automated generation of 360° textured PBR and clay 3D models from 2D reference images and text prompts.
- Smart Receipt & Invoice OCR: Optical character recognition and structured table extraction to Excel (
.xlsx), JSON, and Markdown. - AI Image Studio & Alpha Cutout: High-resolution 2K image synthesis (Flux.1 Pro) and surgical background removal (BiRefNet HD).
- AI Vision Chat, Voiceover & Video Summarization: Multimodal chat, neural text-to-speech, and YouTube transcript summarization.
2. Account Registration & Free Credits
2.1 Authentication & Security
You may sign in via Google OAuth 2.0 or an email/password account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys.
2.2 Promotional & Daily Credits
New verified accounts receive a complimentary allocation of 30 bonus studio credits in addition to daily free-tier allowances. Credits have no cash surrender value and may not be resold or transferred between accounts. Automated creation of multiple accounts to harvest free credits is strictly prohibited.
3. User Content & Intellectual Property Ownership
3.1 Your Ownership of Inputs & Outputs
You retain 100% ownership and commercial rights to all original 2D images, invoices, documents, and prompts you upload (“Input Content”), as well as the resulting 3D .GLB meshes, extracted spreadsheets, cutouts, and generated artwork (“Output Assets”), subject to applicable law.
3.2 Limited Processing License
You grant VisionDock a temporary, non-exclusive license solely to process your Input Content through our GPU inference pipelines to deliver your requested Output Assets. We do not use private financial receipts, invoices, or uploaded client documents to train foundation models.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use VisionDock AI Studio or its REST APIs to:
- Upload or generate unlawful content, CSAM, non-consensual intimate imagery, or materials that infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
- Bypass rate limits, scrape endpoints without an authorized API token, or launch denial-of-service attacks against our Cloudflare Edge or GPU worker nodes.
- Forge official government identification documents, medical prescriptions, or fraudulent financial instruments.
5. Pro Subscriptions, API Billing & Refunds
Paid Pro licenses and credit top-ups unlock higher concurrency, priority GPU queues, and batch export capabilities. If a GPU job fails due to an internal server timeout, no credits are deducted. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
VisionDock AI Studio is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. While our OCR and 3D reconstruction engines are engineered for high precision, AI outputs may occasionally contain geometric artifacts or transcription errors. Users should verify critical financial or accounting figures before filing official tax or audit reports.
