At VisionDock AI Studio (https://ocr.ntstudio.online), we build our optical OCR, 2D-to-3D reconstruction, and creative AI pipelines around a strict Zero-Retention by Default privacy principle.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account & Google OAuth 2.0 Profile Data

When you sign in with Google OAuth 2.0 or email, we receive and store only your basic identity profile: your email address, display name, and profile avatar URL in our encrypted Cloudflare D1 database to manage your credit balance and Pro license status.

1.2 Uploaded Documents, Photos & 3D Assets

Files submitted for Receipt OCR, Background Removal, or 2D-to-3D Mesh generation are streamed in memory to our inference workers. Saved history items in your Local Vault are stored directly inside your own browser’s localStorage so you stay in full control of your history.

1.3 Edge Telemetry & Rate-Limiting Metadata

To prevent automated abuse and enforce daily free-tier quotas, our Cloudflare Workers process anonymized request metadata including coarse country code (CF-IPCountry), request latency, and a cryptographic hash of your IP address.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To execute your requested AI inference jobs (OCR extraction, 3D .GLB mesh generation, 2K image synthesis, and audio/video processing).
• To authenticate your session and apply your +30 Free Bonus Credits or Pro license entitlements.
• To monitor GPU cluster health, uptime, and security against automated bot attacks.

3. Google API Services User Data Policy Disclosure

VisionDock AI Studio’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres strictly to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request only basic openid, email, and profile scopes and never read your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, or contacts.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

• In-Memory Inference: Uploaded receipts and source images are purged from worker memory immediately after the HTTP response is returned.
• Browser Local Vault: You can clear your saved OCR sheets and 3D history at any time with a single click inside the studio or by clearing your browser storage.
• Account Deletion: You may request permanent deletion of your account record and email address at any time by emailing work.dinhnam99@gmail.com.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use strictly necessary first-party storage keys (vd_auth_user, vd_auth_token, vd_daily_quota_v1, and vd_theme) to keep you signed in and remember your interface preferences. We do not sell personal data to third-party ad networks.
